Included minutes
400 minutes of calls a month at each location, for the assistant on your phone line. Test calls from your dashboard do not count.
Extra minutes
$0.15 a minute after the 400 included, measured from the start to the end of each call and billed monthly, on yearly plans too.

A trial with no card
Fourteen days free. Nothing is charged when it ends; it simply ends unless you choose a plan. We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before.
Renews by itself
Monthly or yearly, at the price then in effect, until you turn off auto-renew on the Plan and billing page. You see the next payment and its date there.
Reminders before a yearly renewal
We email the account owner 30 days and 7 days before, with the date and the amount.
Cancel any time
Turn off auto-renew. Your plan keeps working to the end of what you paid, and nothing more is charged. No partial refunds.
Money back on a first yearly payment
Not satisfied? Write to us within 30 days of your first yearly payment and we refund it in full.
Cards on file
Keep more than one card and choose the main one. If the main card is declined, we try your other card and email you.
Changing plans
Monthly to yearly happens at once, less a credit for the unused month. Yearly to monthly starts when the paid year ends.
Locations
A location you add is charged from that day. One you remove stops at once; its fee stops at the next renewal, and its data is deleted 30 days later.
Prices and taxes
Prices do not include sales tax where it applies. A price change comes with at least 30 days of notice by email.

What does the trial include?
Fourteen days with the full dashboard, your own clinic set up, and 10 minutes of test calls from your browser. No card is needed. A phone number and texts start when you subscribe.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is $990 a year per location, two months free compared with monthly, and founding clinics pay $490 a year. Extra minutes are still billed monthly. You can move from monthly to yearly at any time on the Plan and billing page.
How do cancelling and refunds work?
Plans renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew on the Plan and billing page. Your plan then keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part of a month or a year, but if you are not satisfied, we refund your first yearly payment in full within 30 days. Before a yearly plan renews, we remind you 30 days and 7 days ahead.
What if a card payment fails?
We email you and try again over the following days. If you saved a second card, we try that one too, so your number stays connected. You can add cards and choose the main one on the Plan and billing page.
How do founding prices work?
The first 25 clinics pay $49 a month instead of $99, or $490 a year instead of $990, for as long as their subscription stays active. Ask for a founding code when you book a demo.
What exactly will the assistant do on our calls?
Every step is written out on our "How calls are handled" page: identity checks, bookings, emergencies, texts, difficult callers and what it never does. Please read it before you start your trial.
Do we pay for each location?
Yes. Each extra clinic location is $99 a month, or $990 a year, with its own 400 minutes a month, on the same account and subscription. The founding price applies to the first location.
Can we run it ourselves?
Yes. The engine is open source under the AGPL. You pay OpenAI and your phone provider directly, and you run and update it yourselves.
Do you offer medical practices a plan?
Medical practices are served on Enterprise, after a review of their compliance requirements.
